The focus of the vision is consistent with the teaching of Matthew 28: 18-20, “And Jesus came and spake unto them (disciples), saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. A-men. From the teaching in Matthew the “Vision” of the ministry of Love and Faith is simple, SAVE, DISCIPLE, SEND. Save the Lost, Disciple the Saved, and Send the Discipled. Every effort of the men, women, and children associated with the ministry shall be centered upon leading the lost to the saving grace of Jesus the Christ. Once saved, the continued effort of the ministry shall be focused on indoctrination and education of the new converts in discipleship (preparation for righteous living and evangelism). Ultimately the discipled will be released into ministry for the purpose of drawing others to Christ.
Pastor Cruz and his wife, Pastor Colette Cruz, have been married 18 years and have 3 children. Pastor Cruz holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Biblical Counseling as well as a Ph.D. in Pastoral Ministry from Eternal Word Graduate School.
Pastor Colette has been a faithful member of Love and Faith for more than 20 years and was instrumental in drawing her husband to Christ, who at the time was just her friend. Not knowing that God was laying the groundwork for their pastorate. Pastor Colette not only operates in the calling of pastor, but is also strongly anointed in the office of the prophet. She is a no nonsense woman of God, with a humorous side that catches the unsuspecting off guard. Pastor Colette also has a formal background in theatre production, and stage management, getting her initial training at the Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy and is currently completing courses for dual degrees in Theatre Arts and as a sign language interpreter at El Camino College. With her gifts and training, she is helping to position Love and Faith on the cutting edge of what God is doing in the Church of the next fifty years.

Pastor Paul O. Cruz has distinguished himself as a teacher of the Word and as a man of God, preaching and teaching for over 19 years. He became a member of Love and Faith Christian Center in 1985, where he accepted his calling to the ministry. Pastor Cruz believes in the teaching of the Word of God without compromise. He was installed as Pastor of Love and Faith in 1996 after the untimely death of his pastor, Ronald L. Pritchett, who was his mentor, and friend. 
Pastor Colette J. Toomer-Cruz along with her husband Dr. Paul O. Cruz are the pastors of the Love and Faith Christian Center - House of Judah. They are in their 8th year as pastors, installed by God after the untimely death of the former pastor.
